Hey guys!If
you would like to be a bit healthy sometimes these are some of the few recipes
for healthy green smoothies.
First Recipe
:
½ a handful of spinach.
½ a cup of frozen mango.
½ a cup of
orange juice.
Second
Recipe :
½ a handful
of kale or spinach.
½ a cup of
pineapple.
½ a cup of
coconut water/plain water.
I made a cup
for myself with the first recipe the other day.It tasted good and you know the
feeling when you drink or eat something healthy you feel good.That was what it
was.You can change bits and pieces from my recipes as they are just some
examples to make your very own smoothie.
